  • Challenge is to repeat a particular routine continuously over a period of 10 minutes.

    You will be competing in a batch of 20


    1. Run with sack(25 kgs)

    2. Push-Ups

    3. Squats

    4. Skipping Ropes

    5. Burpees

    Points System

    In every routine/exercise points will be given.

    For example, lets take Push-ups.

    In BATCH-1 of 20 Participants, the guy/girl doing maximum number of push-ups in 10 minutes will get 20 points, next person 18 points, till 10th person he will get 2 points.

    1ST – 20 Points

    2nd – 18 Points

    3rd – 16 Points

    4th – 14 Points

    5th – 12 Points

    6th – 10 Points

    7th – 8 Points

    8th – 6 Points

    9th – 4 Points

    10th – 2 Points

    From 11th Position to 20th Position 1 Point each will be given.

    This will be done for all the 5 routine/exercises.

    At the end of all the routines points will be totaled for that batch and winners will be declared.

    For every batch-

    1st  – Rs.1,000

    2nd  – Rs. –  500

    3rd – Rs. – 500

    Overall winner

    Men\’s Category – Rs.10,000

    Women\’s Category – Rs.10,000

    (The participants who gets the most points overall, after all the batches)

    Men and Women will have separate batches.

    In case of Tie- PLANKS (Planks will be tie-breaker)

    (All Rules are at the discretion of the organizers if the needs arises they may be subject to change if the need arises)
